Do you wish to return purchased goods within the statutory period of 2 weeks? Sure!

Please download and complete this withdrawal request. Print the form, sign it and put it in the package with the goods to be returned. Or send a scanned copy to info@locomotif.store via e-mail. Once done, send the package to:

COMPLAINTS

Have your purchased item come in damaged, wrong or defect? Or has the product deteriorated by regular usage during warranty period?
No problem, we will do everything we can to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

Please, take a picture, describe the situation in the e-mail and send it over to us, so that we can work it out together.
Alternatively, you can send us a completed complaint form via e-mail to info@locomotif.store.
