SOOT - calendar 2024
The exhibition Soot (CZ version only), which is the basis of our new calendar for 2024, consists of twelve paintings made with soot from steam locomotives.
For six months Matys travelled around Czech, Slovak and Austrian smelters to collect soot from steam locomotives. Each locomotive is painted with its own soot. All the paintings are therefore original, also due to the shade and intensity of their colour.
The calendar includes names and national holidays for Czechia and Slovakia and there is plenty of space for your notes.
